What we collect. When you request a Medicare plan review, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, whether you are turning 65 or already on Medicare, your preferred language and best time to call, and the date and time you gave consent. We also record which ad or link brought you to our page.
How we use it. We use your information only to contact you about your request, to schedule and hold your appointment with our licensed agent, and to keep records required by law and by the insurance companies we represent.
We do not sell or share your information. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with other companies for their marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our phone and text provider), and only as needed to contact you.
Calls and texts. Calls with our agent may be recorded for quality and compliance. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by saying so on a call, replying STOP to a text, or calling (346) 988-2754.
Security and retention. We keep your information in access-controlled systems and retain it as long as required by Medicare marketing rules and Texas law, generally up to 10 years for enrollment records.
